STAGING TO SELL During your home staging consultation, an interior room-by-room and complete exterior analysis will be conducted to develop a comprehensive and prioritized list of tasks that need to be completed to show your home at its greatest potential. You can decide whether you want to tackle the tasks yourself or leave it in our capable hands. Various services may include: - Furniture, lighting and art & accessory rearranging and placement
- De-cluttering and organizing of personal belongings

STAGING TO LIVE
Move-in services help you get comfortable and organized in your new home fast. They may include: - Colour consultation and paint recommendations
- Furniture, lighting, art & accessory placement and/or consultation and sourcing of new items as required
- Assistance unpacking and organization of belongings

Makeover services will give a fresh look to your existing home and belongings. We will start with a detailed review of the room(s) to be made-over, and a comprehensive plan of activities and finishes to be used will be developed. Services may include: - Colour consultation and wall treatment recommendations
- Rearrangement of furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories to optimize traffic patterns and overall layout
- Organization of belongings
- Shopping services for new decorative items where required
Interior Design services begin with a consultation to learn what works, what doesn't work and what your wish list for your home is. A comprehensive design plan is then developed that may include: - Floor plans - space layout and design
- Finishes sourcing and selection - This may include an assortment of paint, wallpaper, fabric, flooring, lighting fixtures, furnishings, artwork and accessories
- Coordination of trades
- Organizing delivery of finishes
- Complete set-up ("staging") of new space
STAGING TO CELEBRATE During your consultation, we will discuss your event in detail and will build a plan with you to make your ideas into an occasion to remember. Services that will be discussed may include: - Theme development

STAGING VACANT PROPERTIES AND MODEL HOMES
Vacant rooms and properties do not attract buyers the way that furnished ones can. The simple fact is that potential buyers cannot envision how their furniture will look in the space. Most people find it difficult to understand the scale of a room without some sort of frame of reference.
By furnishing your vacant room(s) or property before putting it on the market, you not only provide potential buyers with a visual frame of reference for the size and scale of the rooms, but you create a home so buyers can envision not only their furnishings there, but themselves living there. The Staging Company will do a room-by-room analysis to get a sense of what furnishings are required. To stage your vacant home, we will:
